Cancellation of Custom Orders
Once the customer approves their custom order form, submitted their deposit and order is submitted into production, modifications to the order may not be accepted. If you decide to cancel your custom order after production has begun, your deposit is non-refundable. Prior to finalizing your order, please contact us with all questions and concerns.
Once custom order is completed and we contact you via email or/and by telephone have been notified, we allow 60 days to pay the balance. You will contacted prior to the expiration of the 60 days to pay the balance of your order. However, if balance is left unpaid, your custom order will sold and deposit is forfeited.
REFUNDs are issued in "STORE CREDIT" on Adhesive Products and Accessoriess
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your products by email: info@SnrSnS.com or (856) 365-1267 to receive an RMA Number authorization. Once authorization has been received, please insure package and have tracking number assigned. We are not responsibility for items lost during shipping. All unauthorized returns will be refused and no store credit issued.
These items include Skin Safe Tape Adhesive, Skin Protector, Release, Adhesive Remover, Alcohol, Invisi Bond, Styrofoam Head, Extended Arm Mirrors, etc. These items must be in it's original condition and packaging. If items have been opened or modified, we will not be able to consider item for a store credit (aka "SNRSNS Bucks"). Shipping charges are not refundable. Once items are received and evaluated, you will be contacted within 24 hours. Then a store credit will be issued if return items met the guidelines above.

We are very devoted to provide High Quality products and offer excellent Customer Service to make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed prior to ordering. We realize your hair is a way of self expression and creates your own personal style. We take personal care from the inception of your order to the completion. Prior to your order being shipped to you, we conduct a quality control inspection to make sure your order meets our standards and your order specifications.
Upon receiving your shipment and you have any question or concerns such as you dislike the hair color, hair length, hair texture, wig is too small or too big as a result of incorrectly measuring the head or etc., please contact us within 48 hours to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Once authorization has been received, please insure package and have tracking number assigned. We are not responsibility for items lost during shipping. Once items are received and evaluated, we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your opinions. All unauthorized returns will be refused and store credit will NOT be issued or an exchange wig will not be offered.
Due to the hygiene senitive nature of our products, we do not offer store credit or exchanges on items which have been worn, alternated or modified in any way. The wig must be in brand new condition with it original packaging, labels, etc. to be considered for an exchange with a stock unit, a store credit (minus a restocking fee of 20%)or we may reorder a custom unit of equal or lessor value. If a custom unit ordered is of greater value, customer paids the difference. The shipping cost for the replacement wig is the responsibility of the customer.
No cash refunds issued. Store Credits or (aka "SNRSNS Bucks") may be used against future purchases.
We DO NOT offer store credit or exchanges on any wig which are not in it's original condition or does not have it's original packaging which include but limited to the following items.
- The lace has been cut, ripped or torn
- The unit has been worn
- The use of Adhesives on the unit
- The use of Hair Products on the unit
- The use of Dye on the unit
- The unit has been Washed or Conditioned
- The unit/hair has been Cut or Styled
- The use of hair Color, Perm or any chemical processing
- ETC....
